Our subject audits provide a clear, in-depth view of the quality of education across individual subjects—highlighting strengths, identifying gaps, and offering practical next steps for improvement. We work alongside subject leaders to build their confidence, and ensure teaching and learning is consistently effective across all classrooms.

We support Teaching and Learning Leaders to develop a clear vision, uphold high expectations, and embed high-impact strategies that raise the quality of classroom practice.
We use a blend of coaching, instruction, hands on help and practical ideas that can be readily implemented depending on the need of the school.

CPD
We offer practical, research-informed training that translates into real change in the classroom. This raises the quality of teaching and improves outcomes for all pupils. From whole-school sessions to bespoke programmes for specific teams or roles, our CPD is tailored to your context and focused on what works.

Headteacher coaching
Leading a school can be both rewarding and isolating. Our headteacher coaching provides a confidential space to reflect, refocus, and recharge. We offer strategic, personalised support that helps you navigate complex challenges, strengthen your leadership, and stay aligned with your core vision and values.

We work with school leaders to create sharp, reflective SEFs and robust SDPs that genuinely reflect your school’s strengths, priorities, and next steps.
